Maddi really blossomed while we were in Naples. She now has four teeth, her hair is beginning to flop over her ears, and she now says or at least tries to repeat every single thing you say. She can almost walk, but throws herself off balance when she stops mid stride to dance a little jig. She shakes her head yes or no when you ask her a question, and sings her self to sleep. I sure love this roly poly little munchkin.
I got to spend some special time with Drew during our vacation. Since the little princess was born, our duo has become a trio, and it was really refreshing to get to give him my undivided attention again. G&G's house is just a few blocks from the beach, so after dinner one night, we took a 3.5 mile stroll down the beach... just the two of us. I feel so honored to be the mother of such a compassionate, valiant, and inquisitive young man.
